Claim Form

This project focused on transforming an existing PDF form into a user-friendly digital format. The aim was to simplify and enhance the entire process of claim submission. By converting the form into a digital format, users found it easier to fill out and submit their claims. Additionally, the digital form facilitated better tracking of claim submissions, ensuring that each claim was accurately monitored through the various stages of verification and processing. Ultimately, this redesign improved efficiency and reduced errors in the claim submission process, leading to quicker and more reliable claim refunds.
